President Bush for Pakistani & Indian Goods.
WASHINGTON: US President George W. Bush on Wednesday restored duty-free access to US markets for some goods from India and Pakistan, citing progress on intellectual property and worker rights, respectively.
In a proclamation released by the White House, the president said he was acting under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) trade rules and the US Trade Act of 1974.
