Sarah speaks to me on phone from Pakistan

Sarah rang me in the morning to tell me that Hassan was sick in Narowal and that I should speak to him. I told her that I have already spoken to his father on the telephone. She said 'no' and wanted me to speak to Hassan direcly on his telephone, which I did after I finished with her. I also talked to Rukshe and Qadeer. I told them that I had okayed Asif about the sale of land in Narowal at some reasonable price. Rukshe also told me that her husband, Idrees Butt, had gone to Switerland on some Government job for a week. She further told me that she would give him my telephone number here and that he would talk to me. I was happy to know that all members of my family in Pakistan were well and fine. I told them that I had talked to Musa on his birthday. Rukshe told me that they had been unable to talk to Musa in Narowal because of strike of the PTCL, the telephone company in Pakistan, inspite of the fact that they kept on trying to contect them. Telephone employees are protesting for increase in their wages which may be termed as right but they would not never understand how people trying to get in touch with their dear ones had to face this ordeal. They better devise some other way to protest.
