People and different Pakistan NGOs come on the roads to show solidarity with the woman who was raped on the orders of the village Jirga (jury) in Pakistan and as the rapists were influencials they were released. The woman, Mukthran Mai is fighting this case and is alleged to be under house arrest so that she may not persue the case properly. The Government did not allow her to go to UK as they fear she will expose those people who are behind this case and trying to hush up this protest.
