RESTORATION OF CJ

.. . .              Restoration of CJ ? . Everybody in Pakistan and around the world knew that Asif Zardari had the same 'fear factor'  which was being faced by Pervez Musharraf, as President, regarding Ch. Ifthikar Chaudhary. It is simply for this reason that the CJ was not being restored by Zardari. However, Zardari will restore Ch. Iftikhar when he becomes the President of Pakistan as he will be having immunity against all legal actions till he stays as the President. While the CJ is to retire during the coming three years, if he is restored, Zardari will continue for five years. So there is no fear factor involved in the restoration of Ch. Iftikhar if he is there as CJ when Zaradari is the President. Zardari is playing politics at the cost of PPP which is very closely being watched by the masses in the country which may cost the Party a situation like the 'Q' League but its not near.  Nawaz Sharif was able to avenge the deposed greedy general and its a big reward for him. In my letter titled 'Collapsar Star' published by you (6-3-03) in which I had predicted that Pervez Musharraf was a star which will collapse under its own weight, which he did on August 17th leaving Pakistan busy on many battle fronts.
