That's what a mother is... Sign of love and sacrifice.

A mother ! Mona is a loving mother and has one son called Scotti. He spends her factory working time in his grand-ma's house and will continue doing so till the school summer holidays end. He is accompanied by his two other cousins, Shelbie and Alisha. Most of the time the girls keep sleeping but he keeps on working on the computer or watch the TV in our living room. Sometimes, all of them want to do something special in the kitchen. Today they decided to prepare muffins and successfully were able to bake them in the oven. At the end of the baking time Mona was back from her factory work. During this hassle and basal some kid dropped coffee on the floor near the kitchen sink. I did not notice it but when Mona was leaving with the kids for their homes she told me that she had dropped coffee on the kitchen and, took the blame on herself inspite of the fact that she had not dropped the coffee on the floor. .. With a smile on my face I told her as to who was responsible for dropping of the coffee on the floor and I knew that she being the 'mother' wanted to safe the kids from grand-ma's yelling. She had taken the blame on her shoulders. She did not say anything and there was a motherly smile on her face. Later I thought about her and her role as a mother. Scotti brought two pieces of muffins for me too but Mona left one muffin for grand-ma also with a note which read " 4 U Grand-ma.... P.S. I dropped coffee on floor by the sink not the kids. Mona". That is what a mother is..... a sign of sacrifice. I was amused by the note she had left. I enjoy kids company so how could I be annoyed with them. Same is about their Grand-ma. After the kids had left Helen came back and was amused to see her share of the muffin. She happily told me that she was satisfied to see that our grand kids here loved her.
