During the last three years I lost four Cell phones to the thieves while I was in Pakistan. The Cell phone users were demanding of the Government and the Cell companies to do some thing in this regard. As every Cell phone has a number of its own it can help the Cell Companies to locate the stolen cell and decline phone connection to such people. Dramatically this vice will come to an end if the Cell companies co-operate. The cartoon shows a basket full of stolen Cell phone which the thieves are taking to a shopkeerer to sell at a throw away price.
